Nepal's Neighbors

Visiting neighboring countries of Nepal is also recommended to discover equally outstanding and unique travel experiences. Nepal To Tibet

Depart on China Southwest flight to Lhasa or Early morning drive from Kathmandu to Kodari and drive for a few days. Sightseeing tour of Sera Monastery, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Bazaar, Sightseeing tour of Potala Place and Drepung Monastery, and Norbulinka Palace and the main attractions here.


Nepal to India

Darjeeling

Fly to Bhadrapur/Bagdogra from Kathmandu, Drive to Darjeeling. Hike early in the morning to Tiger Hill to witness the Sunrise over the Himalayas overlooking Sikkim, Mt.Everest and host of other spectacular sights. Visit Batasia Loop and Samten Choeling Monastery. Sight seeing of Darjeeling, Himalayan zoo, HMI, Ropeway, Tea Garden, Tibetan Refugee Center, Gorkha Bhawan, and Toy Train Ride. For Trekking Darjeeling from Nepal, use the following route:Bagdogra / Bhadrapur Airport - Gangtok Cherry City Tour - Trip to Tsongmo Lake - Yuksom to Tshoka - Tshoka to Dzongri - Tshoka - Yuksom - Pemayangtse - Darjeeling via Rangeet River and Tea Gardens


Pilgrimage Tour

Sight seeing of Pilgrimage places in Kathmandu, Lumbini, Tilaurakot, then proceed to Saravasti. Sight seeing of Saravasti, then proceed to Lucknow and rest. Morning sight seeing tour of Lucknow, fly to Calcutta for a full day sight seeing. Fly to Patna for sightseeing of the city. Drive to Bodhgaya for sightseeing, then to Varanasi to visit Sarnath. If you are returning back to Nepal, Drive to Kushinagar for sight seeing, drive to Lumbini, then drive to Kathmandu.


Religious Tour

Fly to Delhi from Kathmandu, to witness this capital of Modern India, where you can see the mingling of the old and new india, the ancient and the modern architectural styles born during the rise and fall of many emperors. Visit Agra about 5 hours drive from Delhi, for an unforgettable Taj Mahal (the undisputed symbol of art and love) here and the surroundings areas in the region. Visit the Pink City (Jaipur) which is the capital of the colorful state of Rajasthan. Visit City Palace Museum for traditional Rajasthani and Mughal art, and the Jantar Mantar, an observatory.


Nepal to Bhutan

Fly to Paro from Kathmandu. Sightseeing tour of Thimpu, Zeleukha Nunnery, National Library and Memorial Chorten of His Majesty Late Jigme Dorjee Wangchuk are main attractions. Go for a breakfast drive to Paro, and through the Paro valley to see the Drukgyel Dzong / Kyichu Lhakhang. View Jhomolhari mountain,and the National Museum located in the Ta Dzong.


Nepal to China

China, the immediate and one of the most important neighboring countries of Nepal also offers you with an unique travel experience. Here one can visit the Great Wall, Terra Cotta in Beijing and Army Wonders in Xian. Sightseeing of the commercial center Shanghai, and Kunming and Xinshuangbanna, Lijiang and Dali. Travel options not only include sightseeing of the cities and lands, but also into the Chinese ethnic folk customs and culture.
